How to upgrade the Professional Edition?

Why upgrade?

You have access to all the 3D models on the website and over 60 new PRO 3d models every month.

Can I cancel my PRO membership?

You can cancel your PRO membership at any time. We recommend that you cancel one or two days prior to your renewal.
Regular cancellations are done directly from PayPal if payment was done through PayPal.
Cancellations can also be made by sending an email request.

Can I change my plan from Free to Pro?

Yes! You can upgrade your membership plan from Free to Pro at any time.

How is the download cycle calculated?

he clock for each user will start from their first download.

For example, the download starts at 1pm today and resets the download count at 1pm the next day.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Because we offer online content, we do not offer refunds or credits for purchased subscriptions unless we make changes to these terms.
• As allsketchup.com offers intangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds on downloads and it is your responsibility to be aware of this at the time of purchase. Please ensure that you have read all relevant product details, viewed product demos and asked any questions about the product before purchasing.
  We will only make exceptions to our returns policy on a case by case basis and by agreement with the relevant party if/when a product does not appear to be as described. The maximum time for any refund claim is within 3 days of the purchase date. Please allow up to 24 hours for a claim response.
• We are not obliged to provide PRO items or refunds if you have changed your mind about your subscription, you are using different software, you subscribed by mistake, you forgot or didn’t know to check for recurrences, you are having internet connection problems, you can no longer access the items you want because they are damaged, missing, incomplete, have been deleted from the allsketchup website, or you can no longer access them after your PRO membership has expired and you can no longer access them. (We recommend that you download and check the desired items within the available time of your subscription. We will update damaged/missing/incomplete files directly on our website as soon as possible.

Paddle is our payment gateway, and you can pay via Credit card, Debit card or PayPal through them.

Who is PADDLE?

Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) is our merchant of record for all orders. If you subscribe, your payment will be made by Paddle.

Is the extra fee charged by Paddle VAT/GST/Sales Tax?

Yes. Paddle is our official reseller company that collects taxes for customers in specific countries.
Please check their documentation for detailed information on the various additional taxes collected based on your country. In many cases, if you enter a valid VAT/GST ID, then the additional tax is not collected by Paddle.
