Who is allsketchup?

allsketchup is a website that does not offer physical goods, the products are virtual digital goods. In it you can subscribe to download 3D models, material textures and browse news about design rendering software.

Definitions

allsketchup: website allsketchup.com
allsketchup content: all the content you can find on the website allsketchup.com
Project: represents every 3D model on the allsketchup website
Account: Register as a user on the allsketchup website with a name and password
Professional Subscriber: a person who is at least 18 years old and agrees to receive online content from the allsketchup website
Member: A user with an account who has accepted the terms and conditions of the allsketchup website.
Privacy Policy: the personal information handling practices applied on the allsketchup website.
License: the terms and conditions for the use of items on the allsketchup website
Browsing: Activities on the allsketchup website that are permitted to anyone over the age of 13.

How to become a subscriber？

Every real person interested in receiving content/news from the allsketchup website can sign up on allsketchup using their personal email.
Every real person who wants to become a PRO subscriber needs to be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you will need to use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old, and that adult will be responsible for all of your activities.
PRO subscribers are primarily responsible for providing true, accurate and complete information at the time of subscription, and for keeping this information up-to-date (including current email addresses).
Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-shareable.

How to download a product？

to download products from the allsketchup website you need to be a registered member.
To become a registered member, you need to create an account with a username and password and select a subscription type.
by downloading a product, you do not actually acquire ownership of the project itself, but only a license to use it.
The principle of license use is only taken into account after the 3D model has been downloaded.
as a subscriber you will benefit from account support, fraud protection on the site, quality control and other related services.

Transaction as a subscriber

11. Payment for subscriptions is made through Paddle. you may be subject to a processing fee.
if you choose to make a monthly payment and the payment fails to take place, we may immediately suspend your subscription until the payment is completed. If we suspend your subscription, your rights under these Terms will also be suspended.
we have no control over the conversion of all currency conversion fees for your allsketchup subscription, as your financial institution handles currency conversions and may charge you additional fees.
when you subscribe to allsketchup, you undertake that you understand what you can and cannot do with the downloaded items under the license.
Prices do not include taxes, the final price and relevant transaction taxes are shown on the checkout page. (e.g. VAT).

Refunds and Cancellations

Because we offer online content, we do not offer refunds or credits for purchased subscriptions unless we make changes to these terms.
As allsketchup.com offers intangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds on downloads and it is your responsibility to be aware of this at the time of purchase. Please ensure that you have read all relevant product details, viewed product demos and asked any questions about the product before purchasing.
We will only make exceptions to our returns policy on a case by case basis and by agreement with the relevant party if/when a product does not appear to be as described. The maximum time for any refund claim is within 3 days of the purchase date. Please allow up to 24 hours for a claim response.
We are not obliged to provide PRO items or refunds if you have changed your mind about your subscription, you are using different software, you subscribed by mistake, you forgot or didn’t know to check for recurrences, you are having internet connection problems, you can no longer access the items you want because they are damaged, missing, incomplete, have been deleted from the allsketchup website, or you can no longer access them after your PRO membership has expired and you can no longer access them. (We recommend that you download and check the desired items within the available time of your subscription. We will update damaged/missing/incomplete files directly on our website as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property

we own all 3D content on the allsketchup website, including 3D models with textures and materials.
it is prohibited to copy, distribute, modify any of our 3D content or make derivative works of any of our 3D content or use any of our intellectual property rights.

Privacy and Confidential Information

We respect your privacy. When you become a subscriber, you will provide us with some information. To learn more about how we use this information, please read our Privacy Policy.
The information you provide is confidential and we are responsible for protecting it. While we take reasonable steps to protect the security of your information, you should be aware that we cannot guarantee that your use of allsketchup will be confidential and we cannot guarantee that any information you provide to us will be completely secure!

Prohibited Conduct

allsketchup as a community is based on a healthy work environment. As such, it is normal to expect normal and decent behavior. We will not tolerate false email addresses, impersonation, misrepresentation of affiliation, or the use of information collected from allsketchup in a manner that may confuse or mislead consumers (e.g., using the information to create a website that looks like this one and has the same content).
prohibit the use of scripts to automatically download content in bulk, and prohibit the sharing of accounts, which may result in account bans.
it is forbidden to use allsketchup items in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or is fraudulent, obscene, unprofessional, offensive or defamatory.
no modification, copying, displaying, publishing, distributing, reproducing, transmitting, performing, creating derivative works from, transferring, selling, or reselling any information, content, or items obtained from or through Dimensiva, except in accordance with these terms or the license for the item.
